All pre-instruction consultations are free of charge. We will visit the site to assess your requirements, discuss design ideas and viable options. We can advise on estimated development costs, the requisite approvals, fees and time scale. On your instruction we would then arrange to carry out the physical survey of the property and prepare existing plans and draft proposals for your consideration. These drawings will form the basis of the final Planning and Building Regulations submissions. As your Agents, we deal with the Local Authorities on your behalf.

After obtaining the necessary approvals, we can. if required, suggest local Builders and Contractors that might be suitable for the individual project, or we can prepare and issue formal tender documents for competitive quotations.

As the work progresses on site, we will carry out periodic inspections as required and liaise with Contractors, Consultants and Building Control on your behalf.
